Hey guys. I know you probably haven't begun to do the portfolios, especially with a full week off. I completed number 8, with the exception for part C, I have no idea what to do, please help!

Critical values indeed!  Thing is - the functions they gave us were rates (derivatives) already...

So we need to use those equations, and find values at 0, 18, and then when W(t)-R(t)=0?
