Every Minute Counts Every Minute Counts: Making Your Math Class Work - Although this book is not specific to Calculus, it is one of the best books I've ever read on organizing a math classroom. This book originally retailed for around $15, and now is selling for upwards of $50 on some sites! Luckily you can still find it cheap if you look hard enough.
How to Ace Calculus: A Streetwise Guide - Sherrill D. says "This is a great book! I have required all of my students buy it (and read it)!" A math professor called it a "threat to [college] math departments everywhere" since students won't have to retake calculus two or three times if they use this book.
How to Ace the Rest of Calculus: The Streetwise Guide - the sequel, which covers topics typically found in Calc II and III (as well as some BC topics such as polar coordinates).
Making Minutes Count Even More - The sequel to Every Minute Counts
First Days of School The First Days of School - People either seem to love or hate this book. I didn't read it until starting my second year of teaching, but I think that it helped me quite a bit. Now it comes with a multimedia CD.
How to Prepare for the AP Calculus How to Prepare for the AP Calculus - The general consensus is that the practice exams in this book are harder than the actual AB and BC exams.
It's Your Ship It's Your Ship: Management Techniques from the Best Damn Ship in the Navy - Although this book isn't designed for teachers, I've found that much of its leadership and management advice readily transfers to the classroom.
Advanced Placement Calculus AB - I haven't used this book personally, but the authors say that their students have had excellent results using it.
